  1. go to your nearest workplace
  2. look around and find a co-worker that looks friendly
  3. print("Hello!")
  4. give a compliment of your choice: about a punny t-shirt, a project he's on... You name it
  5. engage in convo
  6. explore common interests
  7. continue talking some more
  8. sneak in that you plan a BBQ meetup next week
  9. close the convo on a good note after talking a bit more
  10. repeat the process from step 2 to step 9 on a different person
  11. when you get at least 4 people interested, open a chat group and choose a date
  12. a few days before the BBQ, buy some good beef, booze, sauces, buns, booze and veggies
  13. prepare some fun activities, such as: Wii Sports tournament, Mock job presentations, building the world's deadliest electric carousel, beer pong, et cetera etc.
  14. fire the BBQ grill
  15. realize you have no other grills
  16. try to interview new grills
  17. realize your huge mistake, and beg your old grill to come back to you after writing it an apology song (now available on Napster)
  18. shower a couple of hours beforehand, and wear some nice, but not too formal clothes
  19. enjoy, dude. enjoy.
  20. keep in contact @ work and on the group chat
